Nick Fahy is Chief Executive Officer of Cynergy Bank, previously Bank of Cyprus UK. He has been CEO since December 2015. He joined the bank from the Westpac Banking Corporation where he had been State General Manager for the bank’s retail and business banking operation in Western Australia. Prior to Westpac, he spent 17 years with Bank of Ireland Group in a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for Bank of Ireland’s retail banking operation in the UK and Ireland, and managing director for Northern Ireland (which included responsibility for the Post Office’s UK-wide financial services operation).

More than 12 years in the banking. Has extensive practical experience in managing programs and projects of digital transformation, business process reengineering, service standards, methodology and retail sales management in large Russian banks: URALSIB, NOMOS-Bank, Otkritie, VTB Bank. Now he is actively engaged in projects of digital transformation based on DTL, AI, IoT, VR / AR technologies, biometric identification.

Maria Ebro Andreasen is Head of the Change and Transformation team in one of the largest Agile Transformations in Scandinavia – in Danske Bank.
With a Masters Degree in Psychology and Philosophy, a coaching degree, a SAFe-, Scrum master-, CAL1- and Organizational Development Certificate in her backpack, her energy and focus lies on how transforming organizations and implementing agile ways of working is really about changing how people think and changing the culture. Understanding the psychology behind this, helps build the change strategy that truly affects and engages the employees to change.
Ebro has been a speaker at the International Institute of Learning, Agile & Scrum Conference in New York, and will be speaking at several conferences during winter and spring, on the concept of how psychology and culture is affected by working agile.

Angela is in Deutsche Bank’s Cloud Centre of Excellence. Within this team she is the head of Security, Risk and Compliance. She is responsible for managing all security, risk and compliance with respect to the cloud.
At Deutsche Bank, Angela has led teams including Anti-Financial Crime Technology Analytics and Data Quality Colleague Rollout.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, Angela worked as a Senior Manager at EY across Asia Pacific and EMEIA within the Financial Services Organisation focusing on Corporate Banking and Capital Markets transformation and advisory programmes. Angela started her career at IBM in Australia working as a developer, tester, designer and then business analyst and project manager.
Angela has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics / Robotics) and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Angela is on the board of the London Women’s Forum and the Serpentine Swimming Club.

Danielle is a serial intrapreneur at heart. Her successful career can be attributed to her 12 year-experience in financial services and innovation. Since 2017, Danielle Winandy is the Head of RISK Innovation Office (RIO) within BNP Paribas (BNPP). Her current role involves creating an environment that foster innovation by bringing in intrapreneurship programs, methods, models and metrics that allow potent ideas to turn into reality. Among other things, Danielle and her team strive to facilitate innovation trainings and workshops throughout the company and network with external experts.

Not only an expert in innovation, Danielle is also committed to issues such as women leadership and their progress within the workplace. She was a board member of MixCity Belgium before becoming President. Last but not least, since 2017, Danielle is certified on Disruption Strategy and Sustainable Business Strategy by Harvard Business School.

Jenny is in Swedbank’s group function unit Digital Banking and in the team working with Digital Sales & Services. In this team her title is Digital Transformation Growth Manager, responsible for increasing and improving Digital experience and usage from a customer perspective.
Jenny has been working 9 years in the financial services and have deep knowledge about the core bank business, being operative several years in the branch network- both in managerial roles and as private banker. She also has worked as Communication manager being responsible for PDS2 and digital services.
Prior to her bank career, she worked as a Biomedical Scientist and with Public Health.
Jenny is a youth coach in cross- country skiing and is an advanced skier and ultrarunner herself, finishing several Vasalopp 90 km and ultra run races.

Have almost 12 years of experience in financial industry – in the areas of Information technology, strategy consulting, project/product management, business development and account management in data analytics & AI and have worked closely with C suite.

Currently working as a senior business partner in the division of Big data, analytics & AI, and responsible for the portfolio of Group support functions such as Risk, Compliance, Audit and Legal and open banking. Prior to that served as an internal strategy consultant in the corporate strategy & development division and worked in the engagements on digital transformation, IT Strategy, Cloud, Group Business Architecture, Core banking systems, Open banking & Digital identity.

Pete leads a team in Close Brothers Asset Finance & Leasing division focused on data governance, quality, management, regulatory & reporting, growth as well as commissions. He has lead similar market/competitive/customer and data “intelligence” functions in IBM, Microsoft (both based in Australia & Singapore) as well as heading corporate strategy functions in IBM (both based in Australia & Singapore) during a 25 year period.

Pete is passionate about structuring and managing data capability into actionable intelligence – this means not just insights but into information that provides a confident foundation that decisions can be based on by senior leadership and relevant stakeholders across the business (sales, ops, finance, HR etc). He strongly believes in building a “data” function that not only requires the right infrastructure (working hand-in-glove with the CIO) and analytics capability but also in leading the business in the needed cultural & behavioural alignment to creating, managing and using the intelligence provisioned from the customer/market data.

Lee Howells focusses on helping businesses, governments and nations understand and identify how they can use Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies to create value and achieve better outcomes for customers and citizens. He is a recognised thought leader in AI, and an invited speaker at the World Government Summit 2018. He also has a background in disruptive technologies and leading complex projects and programmes, as well as deep technical expertise in AI and automation technologies, including machine learning. His broader experience includes establishing and leading an innovation lab to create novel solutions through idea exploration, incubation and rapid prototyping.

Tuomas almost 20 years of experience on design, digital, and marketing in leading positions, over 10 years’ experience in senior management. He is a creative leader with proven track record on delivering results. Tuomas has been leading design and creative transformation and development in different organisations. He has gained extensive experience on different agile methodologies, such as lean, SaFE and Enterprise Agile. Creating customer value to achieve business benefits is his passion.

Prerit is a data analytics application expert with an experience of over 11 years and is currently leading transformation efforts of the investment banking division of DNB Bank. He combines big data & machine learning techniques together with robotics process automation to build solutions for the global team and specialises in delivering data science in a very non-technical way for the bankers.
Prior to joining DNB, Prerit worked as a digital transformation & machine learning consultant across diverse sectors and geographies including financial services, utilities, retail, aviation, healthcare in South Asia, Europe & Americas. Having experienced in multiple sectors, Prerit is able to apply unconventional methodologies to come up with smart and innovative solutions.
Prerit also won silver in Excel World Championship conducted by Microsoft HQ in the year 2017.

Giles is the Chief Financial Officer of Bó – a digital bank that’s part of NatWest.

Giles is also a trustee at LHA, a charity that provides affordable hostel accommodation in London to young people of limited means.

Giles joined Bó from RBS where he held various leadership positions including Head of Planning, Analytics & Solutions (reporting to COO), Head of APAC Disposals at RBS Capital Resolution, Head of RCR Special Situations and Member of Capital Resolution ExCo.

Prior to this, Giles was Director at BNRI, a natural resources focused private equity business at Barclays Investment Bank, a Non-Executive Director at Tulip Oil and Executive at Close Brothers Corporate Finance in London, working in M&A.
Giles is a qualified chartered accountant and trained with PwC.

Giles lives in London and has a MSci in Materials Science and Metallurgy/Natural Science from the University of Cambridge.

With more than 15 years of experience mainly in the financial services sector, Maria-Cristina has developed a great experience in working in changing environments.
She has been working in consulting for 12 years with 7 years working for KPMG Belgium. Throughout her career she was dealing with environment in transformation all the way from IT transformation to organisational and processes review.
She is now working for a digital bank in Belgium – Keytrade Bank and , as Transformation Manager, she is performing a major Agile transformation for the whole company.
